Self-Control over Conflicts and Constraints

“In the old days, I got lost in people’s voices. I tried to fight over it, but I felt hurt and suffered”. My body matures physically as I grow older; it appears to have curves, and my breasts are growing. It was a stressful process. There is a conflict happening within myself, as an aggressive being and a tender being present voices at the same time. “I use my weapon to fight through the emotional pain, but I also cry bloody tears.” All of these conflicts stem from constraints imposed on girls or women. There are numerous perspectives, attitudes, awareness, and beliefs regarding girls' or women's bodies. The background with black as the main tone and brightly coloured squares aims to depict the darkness gutter. Bodily autonomy, in my opinion, reflects a realisation of a free mind. I began to appreciate, feel, and accept physical maturality happening to my body. "The conflict is taking place," I argue, "but my freedom will never be restricted; my voice is contested, but my body is mine."
